Responsibilities
Training & Recovery Services
- Provide private and small-group training sessions that deliver measurable results.
- Perform recovery services, including assisted stretching, myofascial release, massage therapy, manual therapy, and other approved recovery modalities.
- Educate members on the benefits of recovery and overall wellness.
- Encourage member participation in both personal training and recovery services.
Member Experience
- Develop strong relationships with members while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Create customized fitness and recovery programs based on individual goals and needs.
- Ensure all client programming, progress tracking, measurements, supplements, and recovery plans are accurately documented.
- Arrive prepared, professional, and on time for all scheduled appointments.
Business Development
- Support club growth through complimentary sessions, workshops, seminars, recovery demonstrations, and other promotional events.
- Participate in revenue-generating activities and help members understand the value of training and recovery services.
- Promote UFC GYM programs, products, and services while helping members achieve long-term success.
Qualifications
Required Experience & Skills
- Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist, or equivalent experience providing recovery and mobility services.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement patterns, recovery techniques, and injury prevention.
- Understanding of personal training principles, including assessments, program design, and progression.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic, professional, and member-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Certifications
- Current dotFIT Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Additional fitness, recovery, or therapeutic certifications preferred.
