About us
We run two exciting F45 studios in the Bay Area! Mountain View CA and Cupertino! Both studios were recently fully refurbished and outfitted with the latest F45 brand refresh and fitness equipment, and they're powered by some of the best coaches in the Bay Area!
F45 is functional training in a 45-minute group format. High energy, music up, team workouts, real results. Our members are loyal because every class feels like a community workout, not a chore. We're growing fast, and we're looking for the right person to help us bring more members into the fold.
The role
As our Membership Sales Consultant, you'll be the first friendly voice for new members, and the reason they decide F45 is for them. You'll run our membership funnel end to end: reach out to people who've shown interest, get them booked into a trial class (if they haven’t already booked themselves), and show up at the studio if needed to sweat through the workout alongside them as a fellow F45-er! Ideally they’ll want to join our community while they're still buzzing! You will also coordinate with the coaches if a trialer is coming to their class to make sure the visit is the best it can be!
You can work from home for outreach and follow-up and travel to the studios as needed. Travel between studios will be reimbursed along with phone and computer expenses.
What you'll do
• Be the welcoming, energetic face (or voice!) of F45 to every prospective member driving an exceptional onboarding experience.
• Manage the pipeline of leads to drive conversions
• Run consultative conversations that uncover each prospect's goals and connect them to the workout.
• Book trials, attend trials, take the class with the prospect as needed.
• Follow up with every lead until they become a member. We don't drop people! It’s our job to make sure we deliver what they need!
• You’ll be self-motivated to achieve monthly new member growth goals
• Travel between our Mountain View and Cupertino studios as needed to be on the floor for trials.
• Be a hype machine for members, for coaches, for the community.
• Assist with promotional videos and social media to drive warm leads into the studio and work with our marketing agency.
• Report and review weekly KPI's with the Studio Manager and set targets for the upcoming weeks and months.
Who you are
• You live and breathe fitness. F45, CrossFit, group strength, OTF, Barry’s. Wherever it is, you're training multiple times a week and you love it.
• You're a natural with people! Warm, curious, and genuinely good at making strangers feel welcome.
• You're not afraid to ask for the sale. You know that helping someone commit to a membership is helping them commit to themselves.
• You're persistent. A 'not right now' isn't a 'no' — it's a 'call me later.'
• You're self-directed. You can run a full day of outreach from your home office without anyone looking over your shoulder.
• You are willing to work early mornings, evenings or weekends. You manage your own schedule and can be flexible to drive the best results.
• You have a reliable car and a clean driver's license — you're moving between two studios.
• You bring energy!
Bonus points if
• You've sold in a boutique fitness, wellness, or hospitality environment.
• You're already an F45 member or have taken a class.
• You've built and managed a pipeline in a CRM before.
• You are an ace at social media and love to post fun videos and pics!
Benefits
• Competitive base pay $45k - $60k + commission on sales. Earnings for a successful candidate will easily be in excess of $80k per year.
