THE ROLE
Our trainers lead high-energy, team-based F45 workouts while creating an exceptional member experience.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Coaching and motivating members through F45 workouts
- Demonstrating exercises with proper form and providing regressions/progressions
- Building genuine relationships with members and learning their goals
- Creating a welcoming, fun, and connected environment
- Conducting goal-oriented consultations with trial members
- Supporting member engagement, retention, and studio growth
- Assisting with light front-desk responsibilities
- Setting up, breaking down, and maintaining a clean studio
- Participating in studio events, challenges, and community activities
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Current nationally accredited personal training certification
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- Group training experience preferred
- F45 experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong understanding of functional movement and HIIT-style training
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong people skills
- Comfortable coaching and speaking confidently in front of a group
- Reliable, professional, and a team player
