THE ROLE

You are not just “running classes.”

You are shaping people’s fitness journeys.

You will:

• Coach high-energy F45 workouts with confidence and presence

• Deliver exceptional technique coaching and motivation

• Lead consultations using FitManager performance tech

• Support HYROX programming, run clubs, and specialty sessions

• Build relationships that drive retention and referrals

• Support studio operations and member experience

• Promote memberships, challenges, and programs

We want coaches who think like owners — who care about the experience from the moment a member walks in to the results they achieve months later.

We want A-players only.

You are:

• An experienced PT or group coach (1+ year minimum)

• Confident, charismatic, and high-energy

• Great with people — you can connect, motivate, and sell

• Passionate about HYROX, functional training, and performance

• Growth-minded and team-first

• Comfortable on social media

• Available weekends

REQUIRED

• Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)

• CPR/AED/First Aid

• Weekend availability

• Passion for excellence

Compensation

• $30–$45/hour – F45 class coaching

• Up to $75/class – specialty sessions (HYROX, Run Club, Performance, Workshops)

• Additional earnings through:

– Paid consultations & FitManager assessments

– Membership & challenge commissions

– Event coaching & programming opportunities

High-performing coaches who train, consult, and support sales can build $35–$55+ effective hourly earnings.
