About the Role:
Join UFC Gym in Oxnard, CA as an MMA PT ADMIN, where you will play a vital role in supporting our passionate team and enhancing our members' fitness journeys. This exciting position combines administrative skills with a love for mixed martial arts, creating a dynamic environment for growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling and coordination of personal training sessions for members.
- Assist in maintaining accurate member records and tracking progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance member experience.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting training programs and events.
- Collaborate with trainers to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and gym area.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sports management is a plus.
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fitness or sports environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse members.
- Passion for fitness and knowledge of mixed martial arts is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and gym management software.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
