We’re seeking a Female Exercise Specialist who combines expertise in movement with genuine warmth and encouragement. You’ll deliver personalized, in-home training across Richmond and nearby areas, helping female clients improve posture, mobility, strength, and confidence.
This role is perfect for someone who blends a trainer’s precision with a coach’s compassion, meeting female clients where they are and guiding them toward their best selves.

What you’ll do
- Deliver one-on-one and small-group training sessions in clients’ homes, offices, and communities
- Build customized programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App, with a focus on female health goals
- Support clients through life stages such as prenatal, postpartum, and menopause, plus bone health and strength
- Perform reassessments to track progress and adjust programs
- Build lasting client relationships through motivation, accountability, and exceptional service
- Represent GYMGUYZ’s DRIVE values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence
What you’ll earn
- $30–$50 per hour based on experience

How you’ll grow

Required
- Current CPT certification from a nationally recognized organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients’ homes, offices, and other locations
- Comfortable using apps like Mindbody and Trainerize
- Professional, dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Preferred
- Specialty training in prenatal/postnatal fitness, female health, or corrective exercise
- Experience working with female clients across different ages and fitness levels
- Knowledge of mobility, posture, strength training, and bone health
