Position Overview 
Workout Anytime Franchising Systems is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in supporting our social and digital marketing platforms, helping drive brand consistency, and supporting local gym-level marketing execution. The Marketing Associate will be instrumental in supporting new gym startups, executing brand campaigns, and managing assets for our local gym marketing programs.   The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing with a connectivity to the CMO. 
  
 This position is ideal for a marketing professional with 3–5 years of experience in retail or brand marketing, with a proven focus on social media and digital platforms. 

Key Responsibilities 
  •  Support the development, scheduling, and execution of social media and digital marketing campaigns across brand platforms.  
  •  Partner with franchisees and internal teams to ensure successful new gym startup marketing plans, including local digital and social    execution. 
  • Manage and update local gym marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with national campaigns. 
  • Provide day-to-day marketing support to franchisees, ensuring they have tools and resources needed for effective community engagement. 
  • Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of digital and social campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with the CMO and broader marketing team to develop new initiatives that support membership growth and brand awareness. 
  • Stay current on social and digital media trends, recommending new opportunities to enhance engagement and reach.  
  • Manage social media assets as needed and support franchisees social media needs.
Qualifications 
·                  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). 
·                  3–5 years of experience in retail or brand marketing, with emphasis on social and digital media. 
·                  Proficiency with social media management platforms, content scheduling tools, and digital advertising platforms. 
·                  Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 
·                  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and franchisees. 
·                  Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand alignment.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
